i come to this role of counsellor and psychotherapist from my own journey healing complex trauma.

with complex trauma, there is often no pre-established identity or baseline for you to return back to. you quite literally have to build yourself from the ground up. the journey is not straightforward or swift, but it is indeed possible with safe and attuned support and guidance, and a willingness to do the work.

if we do not know ourselves and do not feel deeply connected to others, connecting to the universe and spirituality can provide us with a much-needed anchor during the healing process.

my zone of genius is doing relational repair work with humans who do not feel seen and understood by this world and the people in it. i believe every single one of us has a very important purpose on this earth, and i want to help you transmute your pain into power so that you are able to evolve into who you came here to be.
